7 or more days notice = Rescheduling available (no refund) Less than 7 days notice = No refund or rescheduling available * Rescheduled hours cannot be broken up into multiple reservations only one reservation. If you will not be using the studio please still contact us, even last minute. We need time, if possible, to cancel cleaners.
